No soreness in nipples

It's been 2 weeks of my pregnancy. In the beginning, i felt soreness in my nipples but from last 3 days it's gone.  I'm taking miprogen sr as per my gynaecologist's prescription. Is it normal?? Plz help.

Soreness of the nipple is a common problem during breastfeeding your baby. It is treated by local cleaning, breast hygiene and application of soothing oils like Olive oil or Himalaya Nipple care cream. I have never used hormones to treat the soreness of nipples.
