No solution to boils

My dad is suffering boils with lymph, we showed to a lot of doctors from Fortis to GangaRam to Ayurvedic Treatment. It has exhausted our pockets but we did not  get any solution. This may b because every doctor looked at the boils and gave medicines but not the problem which is causing the boils hence my dad is till date suffering from skin issues. I have attached picture of problems which is dad is suffering from. From the this, I just to hope to find the doctor who can really help my father. I thank you in advance.

If he has diabetes then uncontrolled diabetes may be one of the reason . Residual skin infection can cause boils again and again so we need to find out the infection as well. We need to see the patient then only anything can be advised .
