I have missed my period for 8 weeks after taking a morning after pill. I have taken 8 test and one being a blood test. They all have come back negative and have been having gas pain for 2 weeks.

Not getting period that's the reason gastric pain.Get done ultrasonography to rule out the pcod and TSH level also.If both reports normal meet to gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding with antacid.
