Negative HCG but increase double

Transferred 3 day embryo on 14th March. Did hcg test on 24th result is 0.07. Again 26 th repeated test 0.28 and same day afternoon <1.25. Till now no periods (28 day cycle. LMP is 25th Feb) . When no pregnancy why it is increasing double now.
