Needle-like pain mostly in right abdomen

I sometimes get a needle- like pain in the abdomen, mostly on the right side. I want to know whether or not I'm suffering from appendicitis. One doctor said that it IS appendicitis and the other says that it is due to gas. Please help, what should I do next? (Also, I've been detected with renal calculus which is 0.4 mm in size) Thanks in advance :)

HELLO CONSULT A GENERAL SURGEON. USG WHOLE ABDOMEN SPECIALLY RIGHT LOWER ABDOMEN I, E APPENDICULAR REGION..   NOT TO BE CONSTIPATED. TABLET MEFTAL PLUS HALF TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER  BREAKFAST LUNCH AND DINNER OR AS REQUIRED. TABLET NEXPRO RD200 BEFORE BREAKFAST AND DINNER FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. ALKALIZER CITRALKA TWO TEASPOON FUL THREE TIMES A DAY AFTER SOME MEAL WITH HALF GLASS OF WATER. O.K, BYE.
