Need suggestion for myo inositol for pco

I am having pcos from last 3 years and have been using myo cyst in 2019 and mild O in 2020 I reduced weight and there were lot of good changes in my health but I stopped using last year and planning to use again. But I don't see mild O tablet in the market, and need suggestion for which tablet can be prescribed with myo inositol and dchiro inositol
