Yesterday I fell down. My head banged against the wall and my nose started bleeding My right side of my face looks a bit swollen on the cheeks Should I take any medication? If yes could you recommend me any.

Dear practo User, As you mentioned your nose started bleeding and swelling is also over their, it may be due to internal bone injury  kindly consult with ENT specialist. As of now apply ice foamentation over that area so swelling will reduce and bleeding also stopped. Thanks you
