Sir I need one advice, Can typhoid fever patient and diabetic patient take saline glucose Without checking glucose levels.

U can take Saline without doubt. Dextrose saline to be given after neutralization. Ringer lactate to be avoided.

Normal Saline is alright (if it's 500mL). Dextrose Normal Saline (DNS) is not okay without glucose monitoring.
