you have followed all basic care to overcome your anxiety, but anxiety is in mind rather in body, it takes a long time to settle your anxiety. just get engaged with anything you did previous but you may not be giving 100% but still you need to as this is the way to move forward. in life almost everyone will feel "I did not get due respect or appreciation for what I did" it is true for all and for most things you do you will not get fill credit, this is how world is. each one have different expectations so this decides all. think are you expecting too much or moderate.
From your description you seem to be a strong individual, so it shouldn't be hard for you to overcome this just that you need to change priority. think about what to concentrate and what not to, to overcome your current scenario. your answer lies in this.
