Need consultation for IUI

I am 36 single, I want to conceive through IUI. I know the complete process and as I do not want to get married. I want to be single parent. I want to know what are the chances of me conceiving at this age. And as I am planning for IUI by april, I want to know what medicines should I need to take and what will be cost. I am also asthmatic, so will this effect my pregnancy or chances of conceiving.
