Last few days m having severe stiffness on my  neck can't turn mch on left side  and also having bck n shoulder pain .some time right hand I get pain and sometime on lefthand ..blur vision n heaviness in eyes even while eating food finding difficulty ...Heaviness in breathing as if got chokeup ...some points on my lower skull can pain when pressed with finger ...couldn't get what exactly problem is ...have shown to number of dr but only  advice  is to go for  physiotherapy ...I did but still no relief .
