Sudden onset pain in the neck can be spasm , or disc prolapse in few rare cases Take painkiller with thiocolchiside combination and rest ur neck if there is tingling sensation radiation to ur upper limb better to get MRI for further evaluation

Vain ??? Neck pain is due to muscle spasm. Take tab dolowin MR/ zerodol th4 1-0-1* 5 days after food along with powergesic gel twice daily and apply hot fomentation. Don't use pillow for few days .
