Hy, for find out causes of pain consult a ortho and physiotherapist. Maybe your problem is trapezium fibro fascites with rediculopathy in arm.

It could be due to disc bulge,causing compression of nerve,traveling to hand

Postural correction exercises would be ideal for you. In the meanwhile try stretching your neck and back after sitting for half an hour. Or try and include Yoga in your everyday routine.

U have this problem due to bad posture and long sitting while work. Avoid long sitting at a stretch. Take small breaks after every one hour. Use Hot Pack on neck. There may be radiation of pain due to bulging or may be due to muscle stiffness. So visit to the Physiotherapist
