Small lump in the right side (in the middle) of the neck. Felt on pressing the area. Painful on touch. Need to know the cause and solution to it. Pls advice. Thanks

Hey , you need to consult surgeon ,midline swelling in neck are thyroglossal cyst , Dermaoid cyst , cystic hygroma , bronchial cyst ect.. Since you have pain at site ,chances of infection are there consult surgeon
