She fell while walking and due to this, there is swelling and pain on elbow and knee. whivh medicine she should take.. is dolo 650 ok? we tried with paracetamol, its not decreasing pain

Hi Sir better apply some local application and be sure is thr any fracture  ..apply ice over pain area ..better to avoid pain killers in pregnancy untill n unless if pain is severe
