Good day , Me and my wife have been trying for a child since the past two years. My wife gets her periods exactly on time, but the last month and this month she got her periods 4 days late and 6 days late respectively. We are worried that could this be a case of miscarriage. I already am suffering from a low sperm count (20 to 30 million)for which I am undergoing treatment for the same. We only want to ensure that could there be some other problem also.
