My vitamin d count is 19
Hello doc, my vitamin d count is 19.7 is this considered to be normal or low? Do I need any medication for this. I would ideally want to take medicines and not injections if necessary. Also I have been facing low libido problems and also once or twice erectile dysfunction. Could this problem be related? Also I consume alcohol once a week and not everyday. Could that be related to my problem. My other parameters are normal during my full body check except for triglycerides which was 177 and hdl which was 35. Total cholesterol was in normal range. Do I need to worry about my cholesterol also?

You can take a tab. D3MUST 60k once a day to be chewed after food for 15 days.
Following that, once a week for 15 weeks.
And then once in 15 days for 6 months.
Get proper sun exposure also daily.
You can also take a tab. Health OK once a day after food for a month.
