My right testicle is so small & has pain

15 years before I got problem in my right testicle that time it becomes big so I consulted Surgeon I took 3 months continuous medicine after that I consult homeopathy doctor another 3 months I took medicine..after sometime it become so small and till now it's small and from some years it's paining..please suggest me good doctor and good advise
