Based on your complaint and your information of dextrocardia this may be a condition what we call kartageners syndrome (primary ciliary dyskinesia).
This condition is relatively rare and is a genetic problem (autosomal recessive as we speak).
There is no cure for this condition because of its etiology being genetic but we do take care of the symptoms that occur occasionally. Like you can go for mucus clearance( it can loosen thick, sticky mucus so it can be cleared away). Antibiotics may be prescribed to treat respiratory, sinus, and middle ear infections. For a detailed explanatory evaluation visit a qualified MD doctor.
