My finger bump
Hello doctor i am yuvraj my problem is since fwe days i have noticed a bump on my index finger then i ignored it but after few day i let it dry but then when i pressed it it felt sharp i don't is a piece of world or anything but it was not that major but then when i tried to cut the dried skin i saw a small whole i am a bit worried pls tell what to do

It's benign ,only bothering issue is it may bleed
