My dog can’t open  her eyes. She seems to be in discomfort and discharge is coming out from one of her eyes, she refusing to eat, the eye looks slightly red . What could be causing this issue, and how can I help her feel better?

Please send the picture of the affected eyes. The reasons may be various. Red eye is the result of inflammation. If it is such discomfort that she couldn't take her food, then this is definitely a concern. Pls visit a vet.

Please provide images of the eye for evaluation. It's also important to review the pet's vaccination and deworming history. A physical examination is needed to help identify the condition. If necessary, additional tests may be conducted for further diagnosis.
Health Tips
Can use CMC drops.
