My BP readings high at doctor's clinic

My BP readings at home range from 110/71 to 127/86 but at doctor's clinic it went up to 140/90 or more sometimes. At home i take my readings twice at same time regularly nd it is alway at normal range. So what should I consider this. Yes at doctor's clinic i become so anxious and my Heartbeat also fastened which leads to high bp. Please advise

Your blood pressure increases only you visit a doctor can be due to anxiety.. for that once you are visiting a doctor before checking BP please rest and relax for 10 to 15 minutes.. once you are comfortable let doctor monitor your BP.. hopefully it should be normal.. otherwise u have to check your home BP monitor once whether it is working properly.. nothing to worry.. if any further problem u can consult me online
