My 5 months old son in fever

My 5 months old son is suffering from fever since last 12 day, he got fever in afternoon and fever at midnight daily. The fever ranges from 100 f to 101 f. All test done are normal except CRP - 20 which raised. He is on antibiotics since last 12 days. Dr. Why my son is not getting well ? Does he need to admit for further treatment ?

Crp is positive means infection odds there what about blood culture and all.and other symptoms.need to be examined by pediatrician properly
