Firstly to clarify, is it muscle pain or nerve pain.. Is it only leg pain or back pain radiating to your leg. Mostly back pain radiates to your leg pain, in rare cases leg pain is produced which is eventually associated with back. Any of the movements like sitting, bending, lifting gives you pain in back or leg that means somewhere there back issue.. Keep note on your symptoms and update me !
