Muscle Knot

I am getting muscle knot like feeling in my muscles in 2 month old injury muscle.It seems some rope is irritating me.Sometime it goes away but sometimes it again comes.This is happening in my bruise near pectoral region 3.5 inch below armlt.How to fix this issue.
