Multiseptated Cyst, Cholelithiasis

Almost an year ago, 4-5 times I had severe pain in stomach below naval. Ultrasound report of that time(July 2016): complex/haemorrhagic cyst in left ovary, size: 5.3*4.0*4.4 cm, 50 cc simple cyst in left ovary, size: 3.3*3.2 cm multiple 7-10 mm calculi in gall bladder Current Ultrasound Report(Feb 2017): Large Multiseptated Cystic mass in left ovary, size: 4.8*3.7*3.9 cm, 75 cc anechoic cyst in left ovary, size: 5.1*4.9 cm, volume 35cc Multiple Calculi of size 7.8mm, 8.7mm, 9.7 mm found in Gallbladder Although I have no pain in stomach since last 6 months but sometimes I have pain in my chest (sometimes sharp and sometimes normal pain) along with belching problem. What should be the next step? Should I go for further medication?

Hello there..... There is no permanent medical cure for gallstones. Although there are medical measures that can be taken to remove stones or relive symptoms, they are only temporary. If a patient has symptoms from gallstones, surgical removal of the gallbladder is the best treatment. Asymptomatic (producing no symptoms) gallstones do not require treatment.....
