Multiple eif in both ventricles observed

Hello multiple eif observed in both ventricles in 20th month ultrasound scan. No other abnormalities reported and report states it as isolated normal variant. My double marker test done at 12th week and blood test are normal and found no abnormalities. Is this a cause of concern?
