Aphthous ulcers typically heal on their own without specific treatment. To manage symptoms, topical anesthetics or protective pastes can be applied to reduce pain and discomfort. Maintaining good oral hygiene, avoiding spicy or acidic foods, and using a soft-bristled toothbrush can also help. If recurrent or severe, consult a dentist or healthcare provider for further guidance.

This looks like an ulcer . Or an apthous . It has healed  and the burning also will reduce. Meanwhile you can  keep yourself hydrated  . Drink sufficient water, consume fruits, vegetables in your diet . And also curd/ buttermilk  If it recurs repeatedly should consult your dentist.

Hi, The ulcer is still healing. No need to worry. The burning sensation will subside in another two to three days. Avoid hot and spicy food till the ulcer does not heal completely.
