Mood swings

I have really bad mood swings for a very long time now and i end up fighting with my family. Can't take a decision anymore, i have a really bad FOMO. I idealise a person one minute and hate them the other second. I don't know what's wrong with me. I used to be very confident in everything i do, was a good decision maker and now i have grown insecure of my entire existence. I'm insecure about my physical appearance, my personality, literally everything. Is thier any other way of dealing with mood disorders without therapy/counselling? I'm showing all the symptoms of bpd but I'm not clinically diagnosed yet.

It will be worthwhile if you consult a psychologist for the general assessment of your state of mind so that you are in a position to deal with it appropriately and come out of the current distress. As regards your suspecting that you may be having bpd (borderline personality disorder), I would like to suggest you not to come to any conclusion without a professional assessment by a psychologist or psychiatrist.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist.
