I got bite by monkey today. It got bite by teeth and reddish but blood is not coming out. Plis suggest what should i do and what medicines i should take. Is it dangerous or can i keep silent?

Please go to near by hospital. Some times its may be dangerous. Chances of bacterial/ viral infections.
