Modula 5mg and Tazzle 10Mg

I was prescribed this by my doctor. Modula 5mg daily for one month. And tazzle 10mg 1 hour before intercourse. I want to ask do i have to take 5mg modula on the day of intercourse as well when i take 10mg Tazzle.
