Missing periods
I had an abortion (7 weeks) in November 2017 and have had regular periods since then. But I'm missing my periods this month which was due on 25feb. Please suggest what could be the cause.
Note: I'm not sexually active as my husband stays in different country and there was no complications during abortion.
