I have missed periods and it's 10th day. Normally it's on 20th or 21st or 19th of each month. I have tested with home test kit and it's positive. I don't want a baby now since I already have one child who is six year old. Please guide what to do. I saw on internet that pregnancy can be avoided by medicine.

If you are already pregnant you need to visit a gynaecologist for MTP ( Medical termination of pregnancy)

You will need to consult a gynecologist in person. It can be done with medicines if it is early and pregnancy is within the uterus (which is confirmed by a scan). We cannot give an online  prescription for this.
