My LMP was on 21st jan nd I have 27 days of cycle .. This month I have missed my periods nd have done home upt on 24th of Feb but got a dark line nd a fainted line ... Plz help me finding whether its false or I have conceived... I m not experiencing any of pregnancy symptom except light pain in my abdomen nd back... Plz let me know Wat's it all about nd guide me what to do nd don't..
