Missed period but not pregnant

I have missed my period this month. I last had my period on 31 August 2023 and haven't had it again since then. It has been 55 days now since my LMP. I am not pregnant as I have not been sexually active since the last one year. I have had irregular periods but have never missed it like this time. My cycle varies between 27 to 39 days. Please help me get my period back asap.
