Missed a dose of siphene 50mg

Doctor suggest me to take siphene 50mg twice a day (morning & night) starting from 3rd day of period(3-7cycle) for 5 days. But I missed one 50mg dose on 6th day night. Please tell me whether this make any problem? Doctor prescribed to take drug on 3rd to 7th cycle, Shall I take missed dose on 8th cycle?
