I have got a 3 cm straight cut in the face. I want to minimize the scar formation. what is the best procedure. 1) Suturing ( with what thread) 2) glue and steri strip 3) Any other option.

It depends on the depth of the cut.... If its deep then suturing need to be done... if it's a shallow cut then seristrip may do the work but it should be fixed properly.... Suturing if required should be done by a very fine suture...

with whatever method u r going to be treated u need to keep the wound clean.... get dressing done daily.... stop smoking if ur doing as it delays healing process...
