Minimal right basal pleural effusion

My father had an accident, got injured in the right side of the stomach. The Usg(whole Abdomen) report States that- "1) fatty liver, 2)minimal right basal pleural effusion, 3)parietal layer hematoma in right flank." How serious is the condition? And does this requires surgery?

Hi have gone through your reports 1.pleural effusion will only deep breathing exercises and spirometry. 2 The localised collection needs to be examined by a surgeon.
