I am having mild stomach ache from past 2 3 days and periods are due on 31aug. I had never such pain before a week. Generally it happens on 1st day of period. What can be the reason?

HELLO, IT'S DYSMANORROHEA. TABLET MEFTAL PLUS TWO TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED AFTER FOOD TILL  FIRST DAY . HOT WATER BAG TO APPLY ON ABDOMEN N BACK. OK, BYE.
