Middle chest uneasy

I feel very uneasy in middle of chest. No pain. Feels slight heavy and i feel that i am imbalance. I have undergone ecg echo tmt tests recently and all were normal. I have gastric issue sometimes. This feeling is scary. I feel that heartbeat has changed. Pl guide, what it is. I am very troubled. Chest pressure comes and goes. Plz reply
