She has developed cough over past 3 days. I've not tried any medicines except warm pad on chest. She does take sleeping pills on need basis.

HELLO,   HOT SALINE GARGLE BEFORE MEALS THREE TIMES A DAY. TABLET AZITHROMYCIN 500 ONE PER DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. AMRODIL PLUS COUGH SYRUP HALF TEASPOON FUL THREE TIMES A DAY. ALEX LOZENGE ONE FOURTH PIECE TO BE KEPT IN MOUTH TO PREVENT BOUT OF COUGH. CAN BE REPEATED THREE TIMES. AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK FOOD. NO COLD THINGS. I HOPE THIS HELPS HER. O.K, BYE.
