As per this scan do i need to go for Surgery or it can be removed through medicines. I got this abortion done through medicines on 29th Aug.

this problem is due to incomplete abortion. and retained conception will not be cured without D&C. this is not a surgery ,But this aprocess which clear utero cervical junction and passage up cervix region by dilation.
