Medicine for Psoriasis

I have been diagnosed with psoriasis and the doctor had suggested me to use betval-s (Salysilic Acid and betamethasone) ointment as it was Army hospital the medicine was provided by them. But now i am not getting this medicine anywhere . so please suggest me a alternative of this medicine which is as effective as Betval-s
