Hello doctor. I am a management student and require a medical certificate for my admission into the college. I would therefore request you to please help me by signing a certificate for me. I am perfectly fine with no covid symptoms and no other ailments. Please help me by signing the certificate and thus helping me with my college admission. Please provide me with your mail id so that I can send you the certificate in it. Please help me doctor.
