I can understand your concern.
Why do you need to avoid?
Its a normal human behaviour. Everyone does it.
But too much is bad. Doing it 2-3 times a day is good.
And on how to avoid, the solution is simple, just dont do it. What other way is there?
Have a well balanced diet and drink plenty of fluids.
