I can understand your concern, i was wondering and would like to know if you are taking the medicines after confirming the diagnosis by a blood test or just by your self? if its confirmed, then good. continue the medicines, the fever won't go away in a single dose. for loose motions, drink electral powder with water and drink plenty of fluids. have curd rice. for further help, consult a general physician in person .
