Mala N consumption
I have irregular periods. After blood tests and ultrasound reporrs, I have been advised to take medicine for thyroid and Mala N.
I heard Mala N enlarges your breasts and results in wright gain. Is that so?

The hormones does result in increasing weight and other side effects too. Most of the side effects are usually seen in long term use.
It depends on why you are taking MALA N and not the barrier method or other methods of contraception.
More so, low thyroid hormones can result in weight gain too.
