My lymphocytes got increased to 46 and basophils went 0. Is the matter of concern or it's normal ? I should doctor or not ?

Normal count of Basophils is always 0 -1. Nothing to be alarmed. Slight increase in lymphocytes suggest chronic infection that too if the total leucocytic count is more than 11000. My guess it's a routine check up.
