44 years old male. Continuous fever since 17 days,Lungs filled with some water as pee x-ray .In bronchial Aspiration test Smear shows gram positive cocci and gram negative cicci in clusters.ocassional gram negative bacilli also noted.background shows mesothelial cells with blood.
