He has been having a lump on his chest, exactly at the middle portion for about 2 years, though not painful, but is felt beneath the dermal layer.Is it anything serious?

Hello, Thanks for your query on Practo "As" per your clinical history is concerned please visit your Doctor for a clinical examination and do a biopsy to confirm it as Lipoma.
Next Steps
If confirmed as Lipoma and if it is growing or causes pain then treatment is required otherwise no treatment is required.
